DCG honors student achievement at Scholarship Ceremony

The Dental College of Georgia recognized scholarship, accomplishment and professionalism with the annual Scholarship Ceremony Aug. 26. Just over $410,000 in scholarships were awarded to DCG students, which would not be possible without the philanthropic generosity of so many DCG alumni, faculty, dental professionals, organizations and friends across our state, region and beyond, who invest in us to educate and train future dental professionals.

The Dean’s Office extends its thanks to the members of the DCG Scholarship Committee: Regina Messer, PhD; Nancy Young, DMD; Carole Hanes, DMD; Bill Bachand, DDS; Jan Mitchell, DDS; Stephanie Perry; Erica Key; Angela Reese; Amy Tarpley; Kim Thompson and Rhonda Banks. This groups gives their time and expertise to ensure that our scholarship recipients are thoughtfully and carefully selected.
