Dental Dash 5K Crowned by Success

Congratulations to The DCG’s Give a Smile Foundation (GAS), which raised more than $8,000 through the Dental Dash, a 5K run/walk fundraiser on Oct 7. More than 160 registrants supported the event, supported by 30 volunteers. The high turnout transformed the race into a fun and festive gathering.

Aidan Van Derhei, a College of Science and Mathematics student, came in first with a time of 18:23.3; Mason Arbery, a Medical College of Georgia student, came in second with a time of 18:37.6; and Joonas Koski, DCG Class of 2025, came in third with a time of 20:02.7. Click here to see more race results.
