Dr. Billy Starr Hardman, a 1943 graduate of the Medical College of Georgia and a retired OB/Gyn who lobbied for a new, desperately needed hospital in his hometown of Gainesville, Ga., died  July 31, 2018. Read more about Dr. Hardman here.
