El-Shewy completes the ADEA emerging leaders program

Congratulations to Dr. Mohamed El-Shewy, associate professor in the Department of Restorative Sciences, on completing the 2025-2026 ADEA Emerging Leaders Program. The yearlong leadership development program prepares faculty for leadership roles in academic dentistry through professional development, collaboration and strategic leadership training. El-Shewy represented the DCG throughout the program and will bring valuable leadership skills and insights back to benefit the college, its students and the academic community.
