DCG employees enjoyed the college’s annual Spring Fling event on April 17 with a barbecue lunch and activities. Dye’s Southern Catering provided a barbecue spread along with desserts and drinks; Georgia’s Own Credit Union wheeled out their beloved photo booth for fun snaps of colleagues enjoying the day together; and Sky High Inflatables provided an obstacle course, Connect 4 Basketball and Ax Throwing to help employees blow off steam.
New this year was a henna art table, with beautiful designs generously provided by DCG students Jaimini Patel, Rubani Pannu and Anjali Dave. Antoinette Richardson-Smith, Administrative Assistant II for the Department of Periodontics, kept it all moving as emcee, handing out door prizes to raffle winners.
Spring Fling and other events are planned and executed by the DCG Employee Engagement Committee.
