Faculty Forum Workshops Ideas for Future

The DCG recently convened its summer Faculty Forum, a dedicated event aimed at enhancing teaching and learning within the college. The forum provided a platform for faculty to engage in collaborative discussions, share insights and explore innovative pedagogical approaches in our primary teaching venues: classrooms, simulation laboratories and clinics.

“The Faculty Forum is an essential component of our commitment to academic excellence,” said Dr. Kevin Frazier, Vice Dean for The DCG. “By bringing our faculty together for focused discussions, we empower them to shape the future of dental education and create exceptional learning experiences for our students.”

This year’s forum featured a dynamic program including interactive group sessions and informative presentations. Faculty members delved into critical topics related to teaching and learning, fostering a stimulating environment for the exchange of ideas and best practices.

The forum included a mid-afternoon break with refreshments, providing an opportunity for faculty to network and build stronger professional relationships.
