SNDA Hosts Drill & Fill Event

The DCG chapter of the Student National Dental Association (SNDA) recently hosted an intensive pre-exam study session called “Drill & Fill” to mentor lower class students in advance of their first operative practical.

Senior students volunteered to mentor and tutor students in lower classes in hand skill practice and didactic course material comprehension. The event not only advised students in advance of testing but also helped to build confidence and community.

SNDA is one of a number of student organizations at The DCG that helped to foster relationships, strengthen skills and provide additional professional experience to dental students throoughout their four-year program.
