All in for Miller gives $25,000 for childhood cancer

Group with large check

The founders and board members from the nonprofit organization, All In for Miller , presented a check to the Georgia Cancer Center and Children’s Hospital of Georgia on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. The All In for Miller Fund, created to provide support to pediatric cancer patients and their families, particularly pediatric immunotherapy patients, was established in the summer of 2020 with a $25,000 pledge, but a formal check presentation was not possible then due to COVID-19.

All In for Miller was founded by Alanda and Joe Grover after they lost their 4-year-old son, Miller, to a relapsed brain tumor in April 2017. The Grovers hope to help improve the quality of life for children affected by pediatric cancer.

More information about the Grover family and the All In for Miller Fund can be found here.
