Kay, ’59, died Sept. 14

Dr. Ferdinand Vogt Kay, a 1959 MCG graduate and retired family medicine physician from Macon, died Sept. 14.

Dr. Kay had served in many leadership roles, including on the boards of boards of Coliseum Medical Center (1972-76), the Medical Center of Central Georgia (1978-84) where he was Chief of Staff in 1974, and chair of the Macon-Bibb County Health Department (1977-1984).
