Each year, the DCG welcomes a new class of residents to its Advanced Education programs in Endodontics, General Dentistry, General Practice Residency, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics and Prosthodontics. The new and returning residents are invited to a dinner at which all are asked to introduce themselves and meet new residents with whom they will soon collaborate. The experience allows them to connect with new colleagues and develop relationships with faculty and staff before their programs begin. This year, about 80 residents, faculty and staff enjoyed music from The Henrys and a barbecue dinner by Roux’s Catering at The Foundry.
The dean’s office thanks Hope Cason, Marie Churchville, Corliss Norman-Williamson and Jennifer VanCise for their kind assistance in the planning and execution of this event.
