The Department of Restorative Sciences celebrated the distinguished career of long-time DCG family member Donald Mettenburg (middle), Dental Research Equipment Technician, at the department’s holiday lunch. Mettenburg was presented his appreciation award by Dr. Kent Knoernschild (left), Chair of the department, and Dr. Frederick Rueggeberg, Professor in the department.
Dr. Mettenburg retired on December 14 after 25 years of dedicated and innovative service in support of our dental biomaterials research program.
