Upcoming Wufoo Form Audit

Web Services is conducting a comprehensive audit of all forms created within the university’s Wufoo account. This audit aims to ensure we are providing you with the most efficient and up-to-date service possible.

Why are we doing this?

Over time, it’s common to accumulate forms that may no longer be relevant or actively used. This audit will help us:

• Identify inactive forms: We’ll be looking for forms that haven’t received any submissions in a significant period.
• Streamline form access: Removing unused forms will simplify form management.
• Optimize our resources: Wufoo charges for form storage and data, so removing forms that are no longer in use will significantly reduce costs.

What happens next?

We’ll analyze form usage data over the coming weeks. Forms identified as inactive will be flagged for removal. If you are listed as the contact or notification recipient of a form, you will receive a notification email with details about each form slated for removal. This email will provide you with a window of time to review the forms and take any necessary actions, such as requesting a download of past submissions or reactivating and updating the form if it is still in use.

What you can do

Review your existing Wufoo forms: Take some time to log in to your Wufoo account and assess your forms. If you find any forms that are no longer required, you can delete them before the audit.
