Dr. Davis B. Horkan, administrative chief resident for surgical education at Jackson Health System/University of Miami in Miami, Florida and a 2012 MCG graduate has joined Athens General and Colorectal Surgeons (AGCS), part of St. Mary’s Medical Group.
